1.Application and characteristics

1.1  This machine is used for casting sand automatic molding, high efficiency, stable quality, simple operation, can replace the traditional manual manufacturing,To liberate workers from heavy manual labor.

1.2  The machine uses Japanese Mitsubishi FX3U series programmable controller and touch screen automatic control, which can flexibly adjust the pressure and speed of the actuator according to the requirements of the production process. The hydraulic system uses the proportional valve control of Taiwan Oil Research, and the high resolution encoder can track and position the actuator in real time. The adjustment of system pressure and flow rate can be accurately realized on the touch screen.
