The structure of the mold needs to be designed in accordance with the specifications and styles of the manhole cover, and needs to take into account factors such as the shrinkage rate and mechanical properties of the material.
2. Pouring: After the mold is ready, pouring is carried out. Casting is carried out by casting technology, that is, the molten metal is gradually poured in a mold. The casting process involves pouring hot metal from a smelting furnace into a pouring cup and then pouring molten metal through a gate into a mold.
3, forming: After the completion of pouring, it is necessary to shape the manhole cover. Common forming techniques include milling, cutting, drilling, grinding wheels, etc.
